Fabulous dinner with clients here. Service was perfect, our server was attentive and friendly, loved all of her recommendations. They also make a mean espresso martini, seriously, order it! You won't be sorry

Avelina, a downtown fine dining gem, was an overall enjoyable experience. The restaurant's ambiance was lovely, providing a comfortable and upscale setting that made for a pleasant evening. Our server, Rio, truly stood out with his excellent service. He was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, effortlessly answering our questions and offering valuable recommendations. Rio's presence added a special touch to our dining experience. For the food, the brussel sprouts were a perfect little bites. The PEI mussels, while tasty, had an interesting pairing of the garlic cheesy bread that came with the mussels. Mussels itself were small. The Agnolotti crawfish étouffée was exceptional, but I wished for a larger portion. The beef tartar was good, and the sweet potato bravas had just the right amount of crispiness.

Came here on a Friday with a large party (of 7) and enjoyed great ambience, great service, and great food! We ordered a large charcuterie board for the table to share, the pork belly and a fish dish. Everything tasted amazing! Also had some cocktails and a few bottles of wine. Would definitely recommend for a nice occasion.

Avelina has an upscale ambiance within a surprisingly large restaurant. I ordered the bison rib which was seasoned just right and was delicious. The rib offering was surprisingly small featuring only a bite size portion. Usually I would select the salad but their soup came recommended and it was delicious and thankfully not too salty. The cocktails were average including the "banana bread" with walnut bitters. It was very sweet but given the name I should expected that. Service was someone prolonged as the staff appeared very busy. Overall, this was a pleasant and costly dining experience probably more geared to expense account diners.
